Abstract

A new species of Fumagopsis, F. complexa sp. nov., is described and illustrated from Indian material. It differs from the single known species in this genus by its more complicated branched conidia. Relationships to similar genera such as Vonarxia, Phalangispora , and Wiesneriomyces are discussed.
