Abstract
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with plastic biliary stenting is the typical initial endoscopic management for in-continuity bile leak after cholecystectomy. This is more likely to succeed in cystic duct leak, compared to Strassberg Type D lateral bile duct injury.
