Abstract
After briefly reviewing Fujikawa's derivation of a chiral anomaly, we study fermions hopping on a lattice. Under the specific conditions considered in this paper, we show that a chiral gauge transformation induces a Berry's phase which is equal to Fujikawa's Jacobian.
