Abstract
A method is presented for rapidly calculating the fugacity of a component in gaseous solution using only critical data for the pure components in the solution. The method is based on an extension of the theorem of corresponding states proposed by G uggenheim and M cG lashan and is applicable to multicomponent mixtures of simple gases at moderate densities.
