Abstract

The small and medium enterprise (SME) has a growing global importance in the social, political and economic. Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) have SMEs at the center of debate their economic policies. For example, all member countries have a Ministry or Secretariat that specializes in care for this group of companies, and one way to do this is to offer a single web portal to meet their information needs, which is very specific, like, for example, demanded by companies with international business.
