Abstract

In article 1801002, Jitendra N. Tiwari, Sung Jong Yoo, Kwang S. Kim and co-workers report a large scale synthesis of Co1.08Fe3.34 inside N-rich graphitic tubes. Excellent activity in the oxygen reduction reaction is realized due to the co-existence of Fe-N, Co-N, and FeCo alloys. This electrocatalyst displays a power density of 117 mW cm−2 as a cathode material in an anion exchange membrane fuel cell.
