Abstract

ABSTRACT Unilateral skull base craniotomy provides reasonable exposure for orbital tumors, especially involving optic nerve sheath lesions. Such a surgical approach requires disturbance of sanctity of rhinological spaces, inviting unusual complications. The authors report contralateral mucocele formation 4 years after such a craniotomy performed for optic nerve sheath meningioma. How to cite this article Mohindra S, Mohindra S, Gupta B, Gupta K.
