Abstract
Affected by the scattering microenvironment within biological tissues, the emitted polarized light forms a specific two‐dimensional distribution pattern on the imaging focal plane. In the polarization domain, the pursuit of high imaging magnification does not necessarily lead to preponderant image contrast, and may even produce deteriorating results. This study investigates the spatial scale stability of Mueller matrix parameters (MMPs) and analyzes the nonlinear effect of imaging magnification on the MMPs image contrast.Further details can be found in the article by Yongtai Chen, Jinkui Chu, William C.
