DOI: 10.1002/sscp.202000087 The cover picture shows the application of ultrasound-assisted extraction and liquid-liquid extraction to recover polyhydroxylated and polymethoxylated flavones, as well as phenolic acids from the traditional herbal plant, Orthosiphon aristatus. This is a perennial herb that is commonly known as Java Tea or Cat's Whiskers. It is widely used by people in the region of Southeast Asia as a folk remedy for many diseases, particularly sicknesses related to urinary and kidney. Recent scientific studies have proven its remarkable pharmacological properties.
