Abstract

Front Cover: Organosilicon plasma polymer thin films undergo modifications as they are exposed to an oxygen plasma. Under well chosen oxygen plasma conditions, they can even be converted into SiO2‐like films as shown by FTIR transmission spectra and X‐ray reflectometry measurements. Further details can be found in the Full Paper by A. Granier*, G. Borvon, A. Bousquet, A. Goullet, C. Leteinturier, and A. van der Lee on page 365.
