Abstract

Label-free electrochemiluminescence imaging of single cells has been achieved through a bipolar nanoelectrode array. The picture is divided into two parts by a strip of film, indicating that the bipolar nanoelectrode array separates cells and imaging. Oxygen is shown as the electrochemical probe and Ru(bpy)32+ as the luminescence molecule. More information can be found in the Research Article by X.-H. Xia et al. (DOI: 10.1002/chem.202103964).
