Abstract

DOI: 10.1002/elps.202100295 The cover picture shows a microfluidic chip-based integrated icIEF-MS technology for characterizing monoclonal antibodies. Antibody charge variants are color-coded and correspond to acidic and basic modifications. Charge variants are separated by pI, mobilized toward the on-chip electrospray tip, ionized, and detected using mass spectrometry. Identification of antibody modifications is achieved using accurate mass and abundance patterns observed in proteoform distributions.
