Abstract
The Front Cover illustrates the chemist's toolbox for the stimulation of invariant natural killer T cells with α-galactosylceramide (αGalCer) and its derivatives. Chemical synthesis provides access to analogs of αGalCer as better iNKT cell agonists or as probes for investigating the TCR–αGalCer–CD1d interaction. Cover design by Cecilia Romanò.
