Abstract
Dr Ganzini is Professor of Psychiatry at Oregon Health and Science University and Director of the Interprofessional Pallia tive Care Fellowship at the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Her research is focused on the Oregon Death with Dignity Act. Dr Back is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington and Director of Palliative Care Services at the Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System.
