Abstract

Most firms are small-scale, they may not have adequate experience, capability to design a salesforce compensation plan which will maximize problem between the firm’s profit and salespeople’s income at the same time. In this paper, we are only to concern the maximum problem of the firms. We hope to provide guidance with a simple mathematical model to a sales manager interested in modifying their compensation plans.
