"ENGINEER", established in 1973 by The Institution of Engineers, is a Journal for dissemination of Engineering knowledge, published quarterly.If you are interested in contributing an Original Technical Paper based on research by the author(s) (intended for Section I) or an Original Article of Professional or Technical interest related to Engineering. Highlights
Before becoming the capital and the financial capital of Sri Lanka was well known throughout most part of our long history as a port, “Kolomthota”
Natural setting and geographical considerations would have prompted our ancestors in selecting this location for the said purpose
Development and expansion of the Colombo port would be an imperative for the future economic development of Sri Lanka, if no other port of that stature is available to the country
Summary
