Abstract
This column marks my first as SIGHPC Chair. I want to thank Jeff Hollingsworth for his three years of service as Chair, Cherri Pancake for her service as Past Chair, and Rajeev Thakur for his service as Treasurer. I also want to welcome newly elected officers Ron Perrott (Vice Chair) and Christine Harvey (Treasurer), as well as returning members Torsten Hoefler (At Large) and Michela Taufer (At Large). The SIG is fortunate to have many of its program coordinators continuing, and we welcome Stephen Harrell who will be serving alongside Barbara Horner-Miller in Student Programs.
