From neoliberalism to neo-nazism: On the essence of the transition to a "New World Order" and the deep-rooted causes for the start of a Special Military Operation in Ukraine

Abstract

Subject. This article discusses the doctrine of the "New World Order" and the problems of aggravation of relations between Russia and Western countries. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the military and political aspects of Russia's confrontation with Western countries and develop measures to improve the effectiveness of the strategic management system. Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific research methods. Results. The article analyzes the main arguments of supporters of globalism and the dominance of Western countries in international politics, defines the role of Russia in creating a multipolar world, and proposes measures to strengthen defense capability, ensure economic independence, and preserve Russia's civilizational identity. Conclusions. The results of the research can become the subject of scientific discussion aimed at finding solutions to the economic, cultural and military problems of Russia.
