Abstract

Information systems (IS) have evolved throughout the years, and with that evolution comes new data collection techniques for measuring IS efficiency. A survey system is the most popular method used to compile data from both relational and non-relational sources. In this method, ISs encounter three basic issues. First, the location of survey respondents, second, the process of transforming data collected into an analytics programme, and third, the final data warehouse to store past, current, and future results. Developing a system that addresses survey problems and achieves real-time in collecting, transforming, and storing data in the final warehouse is the most important addition to any organization ISs. Google Forms and R Programming were proposed. The first level collects data using google forms on all platforms and locations. The second level uses R to arrange and analyze collected data. MySQL is the third level as a repository. Therefore, the daily evaluation of current information systems in any organization and across fields can be made more clear with the aid of this method.
