Abstract

A new catalytic method to grow multiwall carbon nanotubes by vacuum annealing of C60/C70+Ni films is presented. Films were obtained by vacuum thermal deposition of fullerenes and nickel acetate. The results of investigations of films by transmission electron microscopy, electron diffraction and Raman spectroscopy before and after the annealing process are shown.
