Abstract

Objective: Obesity is associated with increased risk and worse outcomes in endometrial cancer (EC). Improvements in diet and weight loss are logical strategies for risk reduction, but little is known about the effect of these interventions on endometrial tumor metabolism. Thus, we sought to investigate the impact of dietary changes in a genetically engineered mouse model of endometrioid EC (LKB1fl/flp53fl/fl mouse model).
