Abstract
Infant mortality is an important statistical indicator, and at the same time an indirect criterion of the economic, social and political component of the state. The experience of conducting simulation training "in situ" within the framework of the "Comprehensive educational program to reduce infant mortality in the Khabarovsk Territory" is presented.

Младенческая смертность (МлС) — наиважнейший показатель, индикатор социально-экономического развития территории, эффективности социальной политики, доступности медицинской помощи, благосостояния и здоровья населения, в том числе здоровья детей, влияет на продолжительность жизни, число лиц активного трудоспособного возраста и сокращение количества которых приводит к экономическим потерям общества и государства.
Представлен опыт проведения симуляционного тренинга «in situ» в рамках «Комплексной образовательной программы снижения младенческой смертности на территории Хабаровского края».
