Abstract
A long-term difficult case involving multiple disease layers demonstrating clearly the need for a comprehensive case management approach and the use of more than one remedy. Treating episodic acute illness within the framework of chronic disease involves addressing the underlying miasmic influence. Different case management techniques and remedies illustrated, analyzed and compared. Appropriate usage of hand-triturated, high-potency (C 4, C 5) remedies. The treatment of addiction via the patient's trituration of the addictive substance (tautopathy). Following the sensation, the patient and the energy of the case to bring about a curative response. Remedies used include Falco-p, Merc, Ativan, Calc-p, Lac-h, and Umbilical cord.
