Abstract

As adult Korean adoptees often face barriers to access accurate personal information, how might genetic technologies, online communities, and slick scientific narratives answer previously impossible questions? This essay examines DNA testing, “cousin” relations, and social networking to imagine alternative “ends” to Korean adoption.
