Abstract
SUMMARY Librarians are always looking for new and innovative ways of delivering content to their users. Camtasia Studio, a screen capture program, offers a simple, low-cost alternative to live video when it comes to creating streaming audio and video content. Following up on a 2001 article in Computers in Libraries, the author compares his experiences using Camtasia Studio to his original experience using live video. He determines that Camtasia offers similar functionality with less equipment and lower cost than the traditional method.
