Abstract

Historical review of the evolvement over some 40 years of the initial Maternal and Child Health Association of China and the euphemistically-termed Pre-Pregnancy Health Program of Taiwan through to the present Planned Parenthood Association of Taiwan (PPAT) and Taiwan's national Family Health Program.
