Abstract
A new generation of low-dust brake pads by TMD Friction unifies the balance of brake performance, service life and comfort at first with regionally different market demands and thus facilitates its use as a genuine “global brake pad”. A newly developed friction body makes for significant reductions in pad and disc abrasion. This enables a significantly reduced system weight and the improvement of the carbon footprint.
