Abstract

Here we report the results of terahertz photonic elements frequency analysis by the ac Josephson effect. We considered planar resonators. There were observed excitation of fundamental and dipole resonance modes in photonic elements by Josephson oscillations of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−x bicrystal junction. Spectral characteristics of electrodynamic structures were restored with the usage of equivalent circuit. Regimes of interaction of resonator structures with Josephson junction were analyzed.
