Abstract

The measurement of AC susceptibility was performed for RE-Ba-Cu-O superconductors to study the vortex glass liquid transition. Critical scaling relation was derived from the frequency dependence of susceptibility (χ). The vortex glass-liquid transition temperature Tg and the critical exponent (ν and z) was determined from two different models:the vortex glass-liquid transition model and the depinning model. We performed scaling analysis using these two models. By comparing the critical exponent obtained from these models, we found that the phase transition line exists nearby the irreversibility line. The analysis based on the vortex glass-liquid transition model suggest that the fluxoid behave as of two-dimensional system.
