Abstract
Inspired by the cosmological small-scale structure problems, we thoroughly study a self-interacting vector dark matter (VDM) model in which the VDM is generated by the freeze-in mechanism via the Higgs portal interaction. The strong VDM self-interactions naturally arise when the dark Higgs boson which induces the VDM mass is much lighter than the VDM. We also carefully consider the constraints from the VDM indirect searches, which restrict the dark Higgs mass to be at most of O(keV).
