Abstract
The authors introduce a space-time wave-packet structure that propagates in free space with a group velocity fixed at the speed of light in vacuum and large anomalous dispersion in free space. This is a noteworthy addition to the family of known optical wave packets and could have applications in optical signal processing and nonlinear optics.
