These are the papers presented at an interdisciplinary conference held in September 1989 in Mont Saint Michel France on the ethical aspects of international migration migration policy and economic relations. In this book we focus on the crossing of state boundaries by people and by money...[and] the contrast between the way in which states treat the inflow of people and the way in which they treat the inflow of money.
