RETURN TO ISSUEPREVEditorialNEXTFrank Press on health and the environmentEarlier this month the Senate Commerce, Science & Transportation Committee held a confirmation hearing on Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Dr. Frank Press, nominated by President Carter to be the next Presidential science adviser and the next head of the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy.
