Abstract
Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids for the gamma bands of NO (A2Σ+-X2Π) have been recalculated using a more recent RKR-potential curve for the X2Π ground state than was employed in an earlier study. The resulting Franck-Condon factors are appreciably different from the earlier values and should lead to good correlation of absolute-intensity measurements with theoretical predictions.
