Abstract
This research aims to analyze how the Garuda Biru issue is framed on the Najwa Shihab portal in collaboration with several accounts on Instagram, such as @narasinewsroom, @matanajwa, @komunitasnarasi, and @narasi.tv on August 20, 2024. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Robert n Entman's framing analysis model has four parts: define the problem, diagnose causes, make a moral judgment, and treatment recommendations. This research shows that Najwa Shihab applies a very strategic and interesting approach in conveying news to the public. He leveraged social media platforms to reach a wider audience by incorporating strong visual elements, such as an image of the blue Garuda bird, which serves as a warning symbol. Make them (the public) feel more involved and concerned about important issues such as the revision of the Regional Election Law and decisions of the Constitutional Court. Through the hashtag #KawalPutusanMK, Najwa succeeded in mobilizing the public to actively monitor the ongoing legislative process.
