Abstract

Centering on gold nanoparticles, we developed a new DNA nanohydrogel construction strategy by combining frame-guided assembly principle with clamped hybridization chain reaction, and achieved size control by regulating gelation time and concentration. On-demand cargo loading and releasing were demonstrated by employing fluorescence labelled ssDNA sequences as models.
