Abstract

Objectives: Regionalization of surgical cancer care is associated with improved postoperative outcomes. Fragmentation of care in the postoperative setting is associated with increased short-term mortality, however little is known about its long-term effects. The objective of our study was to examine whether fragmentation of primary debulking surgery (PDS) and adjuvant chemotherapy (AC) is associated with overall survival (OS) in ovarian cancer.
