Abstract

A 66-year-old man attended our hospital reporting a 1-year history of progressively worsening difficulties with walking, falls, a tremor, and erectile dysfunction. Additionally, he believed he had become more impulsive, anxious, and he reported feeling resentment towards others. The patient had no notable medical or family history.
