Abstract
Four cases of fracture of the medial condyle of the humerus in children aged between 7 and 12 years are described. Three fresh injuries were treated by open reduction while the fourth case showed a progressive cubitus varus deformity following an injury sustained six years previously. This was treated by corrective osteotomy. The injury, a rare one, appears to be a mirror image of the fracture of the lateral condyle of the humerus.
