Fracture du hamatum chez un boxeur professionnel

Abstract

Fracture of the hamate is a rare lesion, especially when it affects the body of the hamate. The diagnosis is often difficult with no specific clinical, hence the need for conventional radiography, front, profile but essentially oblique impacts. CT scan allows the diagnosis. We report a rare case of the fracture of body of the hamate in a professional boxer.
