Abstract
1. The extract by the aid of physiological saline of pig stomach mucosa was fractioned and two proteins, a pentosenucleic acid and a group carbohydrate were isolated in electrophoretically homogeneous state. Besides, preparations of hexuronic acid-containing polysaccharides (polyuronic acids) were obtained. 2. The properties of the substances yielded were examined.
