Abstract
This work presents the basic of method of concerted spatial-frequency Fourier filtering of phase distributions of biological fluids laser images. The comparative investigations of the efficiency of method of direct mapping of phase distributions and Fourier phasometry of laser field, transformed by dendritic and spherulitic networks of albumin and globulin were performed. The set of criteria of polarization-phase differentiation of both acute and gangrenous appendicitis were grounded.
