Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the terminal college attain ment of the Freshman classes of 1936 and 1940 at the Eau Claire State Teachers College with a particular view to the status of the professional education students. In fulfilling the study, academic records have been reviewed for the four year period that would encompass the period of time normally required for the earning of the college degree. The analysis has been divided into the following problems:
