Four-Year Outcome of Aflibercept for Peripapillary Choroidal Neovascularization Secondary to Optic Nerve Head Drusen in a Child.

Abstract

Choroidal neovascularization is an optic nerve head drusen complication that can lead to severe vision loss. There is no prior evidence of the efficacy of intravitreal aflibercept in children in such cases.
