Abstract
Abstract F3 + color centers in LiF crystals have been demonstrated to generate a phase-conjugate 460 nm wave. It is shown that the generation is caused by the saturation of optical absorption due to the non-radiative electron transitions between the singlet and metastable triplet levels in F3+ centers.
