Abstract

Four new coumarins, namely (−)-12-methoxyinophyllum A, (+)-12-methoxyinophyllum H-1, (-)-12-methoxyinophyllum H-2, and inophyllum J, along with two known compounds, 12-ethoxyinophyllum D and isoinophynone were isolated from the leaves of Calophyllum inophyllum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, and complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments.
