Abstract

The article examines the effectiveness of strategic planning in primary healthcare. The results show improved availability and quality of services, optimization of resources, and development of personnel qualifications. Technology integration, prevention programs, and employee engagement are also evaluated. The importance of continuously updating strategy in the context of a changing environment is emphasized for future sustainability. This article supports the need for innovation and adaptation in healthcare.
