Abstract
J. Philippe Rushton recently gained widespread publicity in North America with his controversial eugenic theories of racial difference. Barry Mehler shows that his ideas coincide with, and are supported by, the wealthy organization promoting eugenics in the US today, the Pioneer Fund, and the journal Mankind Quarterly, and scrutinizes the political and academic influence of those bodies.
