Abstract
HIGHLIGHTS Recombinant protein formulations for the accurate diagnosis of TB are presented. Formulations of ESAT6:CFP10 proteins present long shelf life at room temperature. Protein formulations are effective in diagnosing active TB, in vitro and in vivo.
