Abstract

   The era of computerization and globalization has abandoned traditional management practices, which require more flexibility and constant development in modern conditions. In order to succeed in new conditions it is necessary to learn to think in a new way and possess the appropriate habits. Any person involved in managerial activities is required o be able to analyze the information and use it properly. Modern pedagogy and management have much in common. Both are focused on human knowledge, experience, ability, morality and other shared values. Thus, the ability to choose and use the types of managerial communications is a tactical issue for business management, and their formation is a fundamental problem of upbringing and education, which follows much earlier, in the development of the individual's spiritual world and communication skills.
